BASIC PRINCIPLES
Every human being – woman, man, child – has inalienable, individual rights as basis for individual freedom, justice and development. Disregard or violation of these rights can be considered as inhuman, as a crime against humanity. The individual human rights apply to all individual human beings of all nationalities, all religions and ideologies and all races.

- Every individual human being has the right to invite the Other living in her/his country to carry out work for her/him.
- Every individual human being has the right to let the Other living in her/his country work for her/him on request of the Other.
- Every individual human being has the right to give the Other the possibility to make himself familiar with a profession of his or her own choosing and to develop himself in this profession, as well as to guide the Other in this learning and development process.
- Every individual human being has the right to offer to the Other the possibility to choose another profession and develop himself in this profession, as well as to guide the Other in this learning and development process.
- Every individual human being has the right to withdraw the employment she or he has offered the Other and to stop the offerend work.
- Every individual human being has the right to pay the Other enough to enable him to (continue to) perform the work that has been agreed upon.
- Every individual human being has the right to take, together with the Other, measures that will enable this Other to go on making himself a living when the work performed by him will be completed, if he has not foud another job by then.
- Every individual human being has the right to contribute to arrangements for the Other in case he should become unemployed or disabled.
- Every individual human being has the right to make a distinction between Others according to the responsibilities they are capable or willing to carry.
- Every individual human being has the right to make a distinction between Others according to their social skills.
- Every individual human being has the right make a distinction between Others according to their creativity and their practical skills.
- Every individual human being has the right to devote him-/herself to the creation of room in the work situation of the Other for her/his development as, or into, an individual human being.
