BASIC PRINCIPLES
Every human being – woman, man, child – has inalienable, individual rights as basis for individual freedom, justice and development. Disregard or violation of these rights can be considered as inhuman, as a crime against humanity. The individual human rights apply to all individual human beings of all nationalities, all religions and ideologies and all races.

- Every individual has the right to invite the Other or Others to join the state community or communities to which he or she belongs.
- Every individual has the right to choose to contribute to the social security of the Other or Others within said state community or communities.
- Every individual has the right to create opportunities for the Other or Others to deploy, within said state community or communities, activities in the field of humanities and culture, of juridical and social life and in the economic and artistic fields.
- Every individual has the right to contribute to the development of the efforts of said state community of communities in the field of humanities and culture and to select her or his contribution in such a way that the dignity and free development of the Other’s or Others‘ personality and individuality are optimally served thereby.
- Every individual has the right to contribute to the international development of activities in the field of humanities and cuture, and to select her or his contribution in such a way that the dignity and free development of the Other‘s or Others‘ personality and individuality are optimally served thereby.
- Every individual has the right to make propositions concerning the spending of the ressources of said state community of communities for the purpose of developing activities in the field of humanities and culture, in view of realizing the dignity and the free development of the Other‘s or Others‘ personality and individuality.
- Every individual has the right to contribute to the efforts of said state community of communities in the social and judicial fields, and to select her or his contribution in such a way that the dignity and the free development of the Other‘s or Others‘ personality and individuality are optimally served thereby.
- Every individual has the right to contribute to the international development of juridical and social life, and to select her or his contribution in such a way that the dignity and free development of the Other‘s or Others‘ personality and individuality are optimally served thereby.
- Every individual has the right to make propositions concerning the spending of the ressources of said state community or communities for the purpose of developing the social and juridical life, in view of realizing the dignity and free development of the Other‘s or Others‘ personality and individuality.
- Every individual has the right to contribute to the efforts of said state community or communities in the field of art and economical life, and to select her or his contribution in such a way that the dignity and the free development of the Other‘s or Others‘ personality and individuality are optimally served thereby.
- Every individual has the right to contribute to the international development of art and economical life, and to select her or his contribution in such a way that the dignity and the free development of the Other‘s or Others‘ personality and individuality are optimally served thereby.
- Every individual has the right to make propositions concerning the spending of the ressources of said state community of communities for the purpose of developing art and economical life, in view of realizing the dignity and the free development of the Other‘s or Others‘ personality and individuality.
