INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF
THE INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS OF EVERY HUMAN BEING

BASIC PRINCIPLES

Every human being – woman, man, child – has inalienable, individual rights as basis for individual freedom, justice and development. Disregard or violation of these rights can be considered as inhuman, as a crime against humanity. The individual human rights apply to all individual human beings of all nationalities, all religions and ideologies and all races.

  1. Every individual human being has the right to be part of a community of people inside a state.
  2. Every individual human being who is part of said community has the right to be recognized and respected as a member of the community.
  3. Every individual human being in said community has a right to recognition, by the community, of her or his cultural rights, which are necessary for the realization of her or his dignity and her or his talents.
  4. Every individual human being in said community has a right to recognition, by the community, of her or his social rights, which are necessary for the realization of her or his dignity and for the possibility to enter into contact with any Other.
  5. Every individual human being in said community has a right to recognition of her or his economic rights, which are indispensable for the realization of her or his dignity and her or his livelihood.
  6. Every individual human being in said community has a right to recognition of her or his cultural rights, which are indispensable for the free deployment of her or his personality and individuality.
  7. Every individual human being in said community has a right to recognition of her or his social rights, which are indispensable for the free deployment of her or his personality and individuality.
  8. Every individual human being in said community has a right to the recognition of her or his economic rights, which are indispensable for the free deployment of her or his personality and individuality.
  9. Every individual human being in said community has the right to make these rights clear to the community and to take action in order to implement these rights.
  10. Every individual human being in said community has the right to encourage the community to cooperate with other communities order to implement these rights for the members of all communities, as well as to take the first step towards creating such a cooperation.
  11. For the implementation of these rights, every individual human being in said community has the right to make use, for a reasonable fee, of the community's structure taking into account the possibilities of the organization.
  12. For the implementation of these rights, every individual human being in said community has the right to make use, for a reasonable fee, of the resources at the community's disposal.
