INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF
THE INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS OF EVERY HUMAN BEING

BASIC PRINCIPLES

Every human being – woman, man, child – has inalienable, individual rights as basis for individual freedom, justice and development. Disregard or violation of these rights can be considered as inhuman, as a crime against humanity. The individual human rights apply to all individual human beings of all nationalities, all religions and ideologies and all races.

  1. Every individual human being has the right to freely assist the Other in acquiring a standard of living that enables the Other to live in good health.
  2. Every individual human being has the right to freely assist the Other in acquiring a standard of living that enables the Other to also allow the members of the family to which the Other belongs to live in good health.
  3. Every individual human being has the right to freely assist the Other in acquiring a standard of living  that enables the Other to achieve and maintain a desired state of well-being.
  4. Every individual human being has the right to freely assist the Other in acquiring a standard of living that enables the Other to also let the members of the family to which the Other belongs achieve and maintain the state of  well-being desired by each one of them.
  5. Every individual human being has the right to freely assist the Other in acquiring a standard of living that enables the Other to nourish her- or himself in a way that serves her or his development.
  6. Every individual human being has the right to freely assist the Other in acquiring a standard of living that enables the Other to  also let the members of the family to which the Other belongs provide themselves with the food that serves each one’s development.
  7. Every individual human being has the right to freely assist the Other in acquiring a standard of living that enables the Other to purchase the clothing  that suits and furthers her or his development.
  8. Every individual human being has the right to freely assist the Other in acquiring a standard of living that enables the Other to also let the members of the family to which the Other belongs buy the clothing that suits and  supports each one’s development.
  9. Every individual human being has the right to freely assist the Other in acquiring a standard of living that enables the Other to provide her- or himself with  the living quarters that suit her or his development.
  10. Every individual human being has the right to freely assist the Other in acquiring a standard of living that enables the Other to also provide the members of the family to which the Other belongs  with living quarters that suit each one’s development.
  11. Every individual human being has the right to freely assist the Other in acquiring a standard of living that enables the Other to choose the medical care that agrees with her or his philosophy of life.
  12. Every individual human being has the right to freely assist the Other in acquiring a standard of living that enables the Other to also allow the members of the family to which the Other belongs to  choose the medical care that suits each one’s philosophy of life.
